1. How long do you take to process orders?

We process orders within two business days from the time order is placed and funds are received. If we have issues with your address, we will contact you by email which will delay processing.

2. What is your return policy?

Timeless Trends is committed to providing quality corsets at an affordable price. We back that commitment with a 45 day, no question asked, return policy. We guarantee all products against defects on materials or workmanship for a period of 45 days from the day of purchase. Any product found to be lacking may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Also, any product, in a new condition, may be returned up to 45 days for a full refund, for any reason. If after 45 days you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will then deal with it on an individual basis. Our goal is to never loose a customer due to dissatisfaction.

3. Can a corset help me loose weight?

Combined with a healty diet and excercise, regular and frequent wearing of your corset, may contribute to permanent waist reduction and weight loss. With the stomach restricted, one simply cannot take in as much food as usual. The restriction can slow eating down, there by allowing one to feel full before overeating. The corset can therefore be an effective adjunct to a weight control program. However, a corset alone is not a proper weight loss program. 4. Do you custom make corsets if I need one longer or made with my own fabric?

We do not do any custom work, which is one reason why your getting such a great corset for a reasonable price.

5. Are corsets comfortable?

Yes, a good quality corset like ours is comfortable for the majority of people, feeling like a bear hug, snug and very supportive to the back. Because our corsets are made with flexible spiral steel stays, it conforms to the natural curves of your body so that you don't have that unnatural, abrasive, hard or 'pokie' feeling like those of a lesser quality.

6. How do you take your measurement?

For the ribcage measurement, wrap the tape measure around the ribcage just below the bustline. For the waist measurement, wrap the tape measure around the waist one inch above the belly button. Then, plug those two figures into the sizing chart to get your size. Keep in mind that the size of the corset is the actual horizontal measurement through the center of the corset.

7. How long does it take for you to ship out the corset once the order is placed?

We ship out within 2 business days, Monday - Friday from the time your order is placed.

8. Can I get a different type of lace by request?

The corsets come with the lace that is described for that particular corset, but we do sell different laces that you can add to your purchase. Just click on "Order Laces" on the navigation menu.

9. Will the corset cover my belly?

The corset does cover the belly on most people. If you have a longer torso, then you may have to work at keeping the corset lower on the torso if that is where you want to look more slimming.

10. What if I need expedited shipping?

We offer many shipping methods that you can choose from before you complete your purchase. USPS Express Mail, which is overnight delivery, but from the time it is shipped out, so please allow 1-2 more days for processing. We also offer UPS 2nd day air and UPS overnight.

11. Which corset is the most durable and which one's are the least hot?

Since all of our corsets are made with 2 inner layers of cotton twill fabric and 32 pieces of steel. They are all durable. The only difference is the outside decorative fabric, which all vary in thickness. That variation does make a slight difference. The leather and denim corsets are slightly more durable than the others. Those would also be the hotter corsets too so if you live in a hot climate and are concerned with temperature, you probably want to stick with a cotton or silk.
