Buying a corset online means that the size might not be a perfect fit. We understand that despite our best efforts to showcase all of our products' colors and details accurately, something might arrive that is not exactly as expected.
We want to make your shopping experience with us as pleasurable and easy as possible. If your corset doesn't fit perfectly, or isn't the exact color you were expecting, then feel free to exchange or return it.
Corsets may be returned for a full refund for the price of the corset less the shipping cost, for any reason, within 45 days of purchase. You'll be responsible for shipping your order back to us. Corsets must be in new condition for a return or exchange (no visible stains, marks of wear, loose glitter, or strong odors).

Timeless Trends allows exchanges within 45 days of purchase for all customers. Please fill out the exchange form and send it back to the address on the form. Customers will need to cover the cost of shipping the corset back to us and we will cover the shipping cost to send exchanged corsets (US retail customers only). This is only on the first exchange and only for corsets. Customers will be responsible for shipping for accessories exchanged without a corset. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs both ways on subsequent exchanges. Corset must be in new condition for a return or exchange (no visible stains, marks of wear, or strong odors).
For subsequent exchanges, international exchanges, exchanges older than 45 days, clearance exchanges, or wholesale/dropship exchanges, customers will be responsible to cover all shipping costs which can be paid either via a credit card over the phone or we will be happy to send out a PayPal invoice.
If exchanging your corset under the Lifetime Guarantee and your corset has been heavily worn and/or has visible marks/stains it should be dry cleaned prior to shipping the corset back.
You may have noticed that the prices of some of our corsets have changed recently. If you're exchanging a corset for the same style that has had a price change within the 45 day return and exchange period, you will not be charged the price difference. For exchanges older than 45 days, customers will be responsible for the price difference, which can be combined with the shipping cost and paid either with a credit card over the phone or via a PayPal invoice we will be happy to send out.
Be sure to download, print and enclose the exchange form below and follow the shipping instructions. Let us know the reason for exchange, any defects or problems, and the size and style that you would like in return as well as your prefered shipping address.
Items from our Sale section and Weekly Blow Out items are considered clearance. These items are heavily discounted because the styles are being retired. All clearance sales are final.
Clearance items are not eligible for return, however they may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the item(s) are in new condition. Customers will be responsible to cover all shipping costs, which can be paid either via a credit card over the phone or we will be happy to provide a PayPal invoice on request.
Corsets purchased from our clearance section are not covered by our lifetime guarantee.
We recommend customers who are exchanging their corset check to see if the corset they would like to receive in exchange is available and send us an email to let us know which style and size they'd like to exchange for. We can then place that corset on hold for up to one calendar month to ensure that it will be available for the customer.
Items we do not normally stock are not eligible for a return. If you receive your item and it does not fit because the wrong size was ordered you are welcome to exchange it but a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will be imposed.
If a corset you purchased goes on sale within 72 hours of your purchase, you may contact us to request a refund for the difference.
