The novice silhouette is ideal for those who are new to corsetry.  Made with 2 layers instead of 3, the novice needs little to no seasoning while maintaining a superior level of support.  The novice is only offered in the hourglass silhouette and can, if desired, reduce the waistline by up to 6 inches.
