Buying a corset online means that the size might not be a perfect fit. We understand that despite our best efforts to showcase all our products' colors and details accurately, something might arrive that is not exactly as expected. We want to make your shopping experience with us as pleasurable and easy as possible.
If your corset doesn't fit perfectly, isn't the exact color you were expecting, or for any other reason feel free to return it within the first 30 days for a full refund of the prices of the corset (excludes items on sale or clearance, special order items, or if not in new condition).
If you decide that you need to return your corset, we are happy to help walk you through the process. Please email email@example.com to start the return process. DO NOT ship returns without contacting firstname.lastname@example.org in advance. We can not accept returns without appropriate authorization.
- Corsets may be returned for a refund of the price paid for the corset (not including shipping) for any reason (unless on clearance/sale or a special order item) within 30 days of purchase date.
- Corsets must be in ***new condition*** for a return; no visible stains, marks of wear, loose glitter, or strong odors should be present.
- Accessories (garter belts, nylons, modesty panels, liners, etc.) are not eligible for returns. If you return any accessories they can not be returned to you, nor will we issue a refund of credit for those items.
- Clearance, sale or special order items are NOT eligible for return.
***Tips for trying on your corset to assure a full credit (new condition):
- Always wear a tank top or camisole under the corset when trying it on. This will prevent oils, deodorants and lotions from transferring to the corset. (After you decide you are keeping the corset, you may wear your corset with or without a liner, as you find most comfortable.)
- Keep pets away! Pet hair and dander are extremely attracted to our corsets.
- Don’t over tighten the corset while trying it on. Doing so begins the seasoning process which will make wear visible.
- DO NOT begin seasoning the corset if you are unsure of fit.

As an experiment in improving the efficiency of returns and exchanges, we are now offering prepaid USPS return shipping labels for all US customers. If you select this option, you are agreeing to have $8.50 USD deducted from your refund.
Most shipping carriers charge between $12-$16 to deliver a corset to our returns location, so taking advantage of our prepaid label will offer a shipping savings of up to 50%.
Of course, if you prefer to use a carrier of your own choice, you can opt out of a prepaid return label and you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of your corset.
International customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Timeless Trends using a carrier of their choice, as we cannot issue USPS labels outside of the United States.
3rd Party Purchase return policy
For customers who purchased a Timeless Trends corsets from a 3rd party or other vendor, please contact that party for return inquires. Timeless Trends will not refund items without the Timeless Trends order number.
Corsets purchased through a 3rd party vendor that have a manufacturing defect will be honored under our Lifetime Guarantee, but MUST be returned by the Original Customer. If you have purchased a corset from a 3rd party, please return the item to that party for replacement.
