Return Policy

Buying a corset online means that the size might not be a perfect fit. We understand that despite our best efforts to showcase all our products' colors and details accurately, something might arrive that is not exactly as expected. We want to make your shopping experience with us as pleasurable and easy as possible.

If your corset doesn't fit perfectly, isn't the exact color you were expecting, or for any other reason feel free to return it within the first 30 days for a full refund of the price of the corset (excludes items on sale or clearance, special order items, or if not in new condition).

If you decide that you need to return your corset, we are happy to help walk you through the process. Please email support@timeless-trends.com to start the return process. DO NOT ship returns without contacting support@timeless-trends.com in advance.  We can not accept returns without appropriate authorization. 

  1. Corsets may be returned for a refund of the price paid for the corset (not including shipping) for any reason (unless on clearance/sale or a special order item) within 30 days of purchase date.
  2. Corsets must be in ***new condition*** for a return; no visible stains, marks of wear, loose glitter, or strong odors should be present.
  3.  Accessories (garter belts, nylons, modesty panels, liners, etc.) are not eligible for returns. If you return any accessories they cannot be returned to you, nor will we issue a refund of credit for those items.
  4. For customers taking advantage of BXGY bundle promotions, returns of eligible corsets will be processed using the paid price as reference. For example, say you purchase one returnable corset (X), and you get 50% off a clearance corset with this order (Y). If you return X for refund or store credit and keep Y, then the refund of X will be calculated as X price, less 25% Y price.
  5. Clearance, sale or special order items are NOT eligible for return.

 

***Tips for trying on your corset to assure a full credit (new condition):

  • Always wear a tank top or camisole under the corset when trying it on. This will prevent oils, deodorants and lotions from transferring to the corset. (After you decide you are keeping the corset, you may wear your corset with or without a liner, as you find most comfortable.)
  • Keep pets away! Pet hair and dander are extremely attracted to corsets.
  • Don’t over tighten the corset while trying it on. Doing so begins the seasoning process which will make wear visible.
  • DO NOT begin seasoning the corset if you are unsure of fit.

30 Day Window:

We offer a generous 30-day return window, starting from the date that the corset is marked as delivered to the customer.

The customer must reach out to us by email (Support@timeless-trends.com) within the 30 days of delivery in order to receive a valid RMA.

Once the return is authorized, you may ship back your corset, also within the 30 days.

If you need a small grace period, it is your responsibility to reach out to our customer support with what to expect, and our agents will be glad to offer you a small, reasonable extension in time.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that arrive >45 days after the fulfillment date, or not in clean/ new/ original/ sellable condition, or returned without an open RMA. In the case of rejected returns, we will reach out to you by email to verify whether you would like the corset sent back to you, at your expense.

 

 

Timeless Trends is now pleased to offer prepaid return labels to US customers.

We are now offering prepaid USPS return shipping labels for all US customers. If you select this option, you are agreeing to have $8.50 USD deducted from your refund. Please note: your return label expires after 30 days.

Most shipping carriers charge between $12-$16 to deliver a corset to our returns location, so taking advantage of our prepaid label will offer a shipping savings of up to 50%.

Of course, if you prefer to use a carrier of your own choice, you can opt out of a prepaid return label and you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of your corset.

 

International customers:

International customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Timeless Trends using a carrier of their choice, as we are unable to issue USPS labels outside of the United States.

International customers have the option to return their corset using a slower and more affordable carrier. As long as the customer contacts our customer service with a moving tracking number before the 30-day window has expired, their return will be honored even if delivered a few days after the 30-day deadline.

 

 

Exchange policy

Corsets returned within 30 days of delivery, in clean and new-original condition, will be credited the full 100% value of the corset. We do not charge an exchange fee. Customers will be invoiced only for the shipping fee for the replacement corset.

3rd Party Purchase return policy

For customers who purchased a Timeless Trends corsets from a 3rd party or other vendor, please contact that party for return inquires. Timeless Trends will not refund items without the Timeless Trends order number. 

Corsets purchased through a 3rd party vendor that have a manufacturing defect will be honored under our Lifetime Guarantee, but MUST be returned by the Original Customer.  If you have purchased a corset from a 3rd party, please return the item to that party for replacement.

 

LIFETIME GUARANTEE

Timeless Trends ensures a lifetime guarantee on our corsets.  The lifetime guarantee covers manufacturer defects only.  Please visit our lifetime guarantee page for full description.
