Our goal is to provide our customers with the best selection of high-quality corsets in a wide selection of fabrics, made in the silhouette and size to fit your body.

What is your turnaround time?

Our corsets are made-to-order, which means each corset is sewn up from scratch just for you! Sewing usually takes 5-7 business days.  If you need your corset earlier, please see our Rush service, or contact support@timeless-trends.com to request a rush on your order.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.  We are not able to ship on national or local holidays.

As soon as your order has been processed for shipping, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

We will do everything possible to ensure that the item you have ordered is available.  If we are unable to complete your order, we will contact you to select a replacement, or we may cancel and refund your order.

 

Where do you ship from?

To provide the best selection of styles and sizes, the majority of our orders ship directly from our factory in Thailand. Our corsets are all made-to-order, and sewing takes 5-7 business days, and then international orders are shipped either UPS or DHL. Once you receive your tracking number, expect delivery within 3-4 business days.

Shipping to the USA also takes 2-3 business days via UPS. We do offer a USPS service for P.O. boxes and APO addresses; please inquire with our team for more information.

 


I need to change my address:

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. If you need to make a change to a shipping/delivery address contact support@timeless-trends.com immediately. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. 

 

I need my corset by a certain deadline:

Once your order has been sewn up and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Be sure to add our email support@timeless-trends.com to your contact list to prevent our emails from going to your spam folder.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, due to weather, UPS machinery failures, or differences in time zones. If you require a Rush on your order, please see our Rush service, or contact support@timeless-trends.com to request a rush shipment.

 

International Customers:

We welcome our international customers and work diligently to review and offer the best international rates we can negotiate. Due to the complex and ever-changing import regulations, which differ from country to country, international shipments may have additional import fees, duties and/or taxes.

Our store prices are not inclusive of VAT. International customers are responsible for these additional taxes and fees which may be assessed by UPS or the destination country. Packages that are refused by the customer will be subject to a $40 USD fee to cover the rerouting and return shipping charges. This fee will be deducted from the customer's refund.

 

USA Customers - Important Tariff Update

Effective August 7, 2025: Due to recent changes in US trade policy, shipments from Thailand are now subject to import tariffs. The good news is, we pay all tariffs and duties on behalf of our US customers!  US customers will have no surprise charges upon delivery. Enjoy our transparent and stable pricing, and the same high-quality corsets you've come to know and love.

Other cost-saving options for our US customers: 

We are working to build inventory of our best selling Black Novice corsets in our US warehouse for even faster domestic fulfillment.

You may also visit our Outlet store at timelessreturns.com for discontinued items, photo samples, like-new returns, and one-of-a-kind designs. With average discounts of up to 30%, these corsets are stocked and shipped in the US with no additional fees.

Help! I didn't get my package:

In the event you do not receive your package please contact us immediately at support@timeless-trends.com.  We will ask that you place a claim with UPS (UPS Claim) and then complete our online Lost Shipment Form.  As soon as we have verified the status of your shipment we will issue a new order for a replacement of the same item.  We ask that you use a safe and secure delivery address.
