Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best selection of high-quality corsets in a wide selection of fabrics made in the silhouette and size to fit your body.

Orders will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days.  If you need your corset earlier, please contact  support@timeless-trends.com to request a rush shipment.

To provide for the best selection of styles and sizes the majority of our orders will be shipped directly from our factory in Thailand.  All shipments from the factory will be shipped via UPS and cannot be shipped to a PO Box. UPS shipping to the USA takes 2 to 3 days depending upon location.  International orders may take longer.

On occasion, if we have inventory available, your order may ship from our small warehouse in Texas. Orders shipped from Texas will be via USPS Priority Mail.

As soon as your order has been processed for shipping you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number.  It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking/delivery information to update.

We will do everything possible to ensure that the item you have ordered is available.  If we are unable to complete your order you will be contacted to pick a replacement or we may cancel and refund your order, at our option.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.  We are not able to ship on national or local holidays.

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.  If you need to make a change to a shipping/delivery address contact support@timeless-trends.com immediately. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. 

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.  Once the order has been processed for shipment you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Be sure to add our email support@timeless-trends.com to your contact list to avoid our emails being sent to your spam folder.

We welcome our international customers and work diligently to review and offer the best international rates we can negotiate.  Because of complex and ever-changing import regulations, which differ from country to country, international shipments may have additional imports fees, duties and/or taxes due.  International customers are responsible for these additional fees which may be assessed by UPS or the destination country. There are no additional import fees or charges to orders shipped to the USA.

In the event you do not receive your package please contact us immediately at support@timeless-trends.com.  We will ask that you place a claim with UPS (UPS Claim) and then complete our online Lost Shipment Form.  As soon as we have verified the status of your shipment we will issue a new order for a replacement of the same item.  We ask that you use a safe and secure delivery address.
