Our goal is to provide our customers with the best shipping while ensuring our product arrives in a timely fashion and to our standard. Read below for detailed shipping information:
- All in stock orders placed will be shipped within 10 business days. If you need your corset earlier please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check available.
- We only ship via UPS and can not ship to a PO Box.
- UPS Shipping takes 2 to 3 days depending upon location. International orders will take longer.
- To provide for the best selection of styles and sizes we are shipping directly from our facility in Thailand and to insure prompt delivery will only ship via UPS.
- We will do everything possible to insure that the item you have ordered is in stock. In the event we run out of stock of your item we will either contact you to suggest a replacement or we will cancel the order and refund you the amount paid, at our option.
- Timeless Trends will not ship on weekends or recognized holidays.
- The address provided by customer at checkout is where the package will be sent. Timeless Trends is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
- We cannot guarantee delivery times but do provide delivery time estimates and tracking information once the order has been shipped.
- Shipping confirmations and tracking information will be sent to customer via email, to the email account used to place the order.
- International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, import fees and any taxes due.
- Customers are responsible for all taxes and customs fees for international orders.
- Timeless Trends is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is not delivered please contact UPS directly and process a claim with them. Once the claim has been filed please email email@example.com so we can follow-up with UPS on the claim.
