You get to select your favorite silhouette among our 15 options, choose your favorite fabric, hardware, and size, and we make it to your specifications. Because each one is made specifically for you, special orders are Final Sale: no returns or exchanges allowed.

Here's the good news: you don't have to guess at the right size or silhouette! You can test the fit, before you commit: we invite our customers to try on one of our catalog corsets to confirm the fit, and then you can exchange it for the special order of your dreams.

Here's how it works:

  1. Reach out to Support for a size recommendation: We have agents in three different time zones, ready to help! Our TT Team will help you narrow down the corset silhouette, length, and size that's likely to fit you best.

  2. Pick a catalog corset in the silhouette you want: Let's say you want to create an hourglass overbust in white satin or gold brocade for your wedding day! Simply go to our hourglass overbust collection and choose an hourglass overbust in your size from our catalog. As long as it's in the catalog and not on sale, it's returnable within 30 days. Note: Black Cashmere will ship out the fastest!

  3. Add Return Coverage at checkout: If you are in the US, we offer Return Coverage through Redo! For just $2.48, you will receive a free prepaid return label, and if you choose store credit at return time, you'll receive a $5 credit bonus on top to use toward your special order. You can add Return Coverage by clicking "Checkout+" in your cart. (We are unable to offer Return Coverage for international customers, but we do have Return Liaisons in Canada and Australia to facilitate returns.)

  4. Get your test corset and try it on at home: We recommend trying it on over a clean t-shirt so it stays in New/Original condition for return. Check the silhouette, the length, and the overall size. Feel free to reach out to the TT Team with pictures of the front, side, and back if you need help deciding!

  5. Send your test back within 30 days: Customer support will send you the link to the return portal. Choose "Store Credit" to unlock your $5 bonus! That credit can help cover the difference between the catalog item and the special order, or exchanging a regular length for a longline.

  6. Place your Special Order! When your return is received and processed, we will issue your store credit. Now that you know your perfect size, you can place your Special Order with confidence that it will fit exactly as expected.

Need a different corset? After trying on the first test corset, if you decide you want a different silhouette, size, or length, we can easily help you exchange for a different test corset! Or if you decide that our corsets are not for you, you are welcome to return your catalog corset for refund.
