In compliance with EU Directive 2023/2673, we provide this easy withdrawal form for customers in the European Union to easily initiate a cancellation of an order that has not yet shipped, or a return for their order during the 14-day "cooling-off" period, which is eligible within 14 days of delivery of a non-customized product.
As stated in our Return Policies, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping if they wish to return their merchandise. Special orders remain Final Sale (no returns) as they fall under the definition of personalized items.
