RUSH for US Customers

US customers, our Rush (Priority turnaround service) is back!

Due to tariffs and import fees, please add one rush upgrade for EACH corset in your order.

Do you have an event quickly approaching? Now you can request a RUSH on your corset order!

Our valued customers know that we are unable to provide express shipping. Our corsets are made fresh and "hot off the press" from our exclusive facility, and shipped directly to you using the fastest international shipping already available.

We appreciate that you may need your corset urgently, so this RUSH upgrade puts control in your hands regarding the process before shipping - having your order pushed to the front of the line.

Rush orders will be shipped direct-to-customer from our factory, rather than imported through our US import services. This reduces fulfillment time by an additional 3-5 business days, getting our corsets to your door at maximum speed! 

The new $25 Rush fee does two things for US Customers:

1. It pushes your order to the front of the production line, so your corset is sewn up in 1-2 business days, instead of 4-7 business days.
2. It ships your corset directly to you from our Bangkok factory, Delivered Duty Paid! All tariffs, taxes, duty, and brokerage fees should be fully covered and there should be no additional C.O.D.
   Please note, the addressee name will say "Quitman Inc. ℅ [Customer Name]" where Quitman is the importer of record. 

While we do our best to expedite your order, logistically we cannot promise delivery in less than 3 business days. We cannot control whether UPS delays delivery due to import customs holds. This service is non-refundable.

Please note that Rush requests can not be used on Special Orders or Customized Orders. We need extra time to ensure that we get your order perfect, and in order to avoid production mistakes, this is one instance that should not be rushed. If you request rush on your Special Order, you will be refunded the Rush fee.

Priority service may be different depending on the item ordered:

This rush upgrade accomplishes three things to benefit everyone:

1. The rush order is communicated to the admin and factory at the time of purchase, so that it does not disrupt the factory's work flow as when requested in the middle of production.
   
   
2. The rush fee is shared with our factory as a gratuity for accommodating the customer's timeline.
   
   
3. This upgrade helps prevent exploitation of rush requests and customer "leapfrog" (where everyone requests priority service and no one gets ahead).
