Our classic hourglass silhouette made in a black cashmere; Now with a zipper front! Designed for comfort and support, the hourglass silhouette can, if desired, reduce the waistline by up to 6 inches. Ideal for those desiring a dramatic waistline, waist training, stealthing or as a costuming or fashion piece. Those with mobility issues and/or hand pain may find the zipper easier to close than the traditional busk. Read more about the different corset closures here.

How will an hourglass corset fit me?

Sizing charts

Start by finding the corset size that corresponds to your natural waist measurement, then size up or down to get the best fit at the hips and underbust. You want a snug fit at the underbust and hips with the compression at the waist.

We recommend a 1.5" to 3" lacing gap for comfort and adjustability during the day. We do not recommend anything larger than a 3" lacing gap.

Side seam: 9.5”
Center back: 12.5”
Underbust to hip: 10”

Springs (all measured from the bottom of the waist tape) :

Rib spring: 6.5 inches (about 5" above the waistline)
Hip spring: 10 inches (about 3” below the waistline)

6 spring steel stays supporting the grommets and busk

Love it!
